RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
(We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from MILÁMU, we will work with you to earn your satisfaction.)
Each of MILÁMU`s oil blends is delivered to you in a luxurious hand-wrapped boxing and bottle. If upon receiving the package our products do not meet the standard, we will happily replace the items within the first 10 days of your purchase at no additional cost. Be mindful that we will not accept used products.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products MUST be unused, with original tags and in sellable condition.
If you believe the product received is damaged and you wish to submit a return or exchange request, please email us at email@example.com. Make sure to submit pictures of the damaged parts to qualify for a return/exchange.
If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse.
If your package does not arrive at a reasonable period of time, we ask you to reach out to us no later than 5 days after the planned date of delivery to initiate a claim with the shipping company. If you choose to reach out to us anytime after the 5 days from the anticipated delivery date, we will do our best to retrieve your package, but do not carry any liability in case we do not succeed.
You MUST communicate with us to return/exchange products. We WILL NOT accept returns that come to us without a customer number we provide to you once starting the process.
